Poster - Canyon Spirits - 2
£45.19
A photograph by Philip Preston from Upper Antelope Canyon, a slot canyon near Page, Arizona, USA. The sandstone canyon walls have been eroded away primarily by flash flooding water over many, many years forming beautiful intricate patterns with light beams filtering through from above. The Navajo name for this Canyon is Tsé bighánílíní, which translates to 'the place where water runs through rocks'. This image shows a small close up section of the canyon walls in monochrome, with added digital art effects to convey the mystery of Navajo spirits.
